You can count on our LOCAL handyman and women to get the job done right. We offer bid pricing and hourly services, see below for break down and rates.
BID PRICING
This is usually for large & non-standard projects (ex: deck construction or complete kitchen remodel). We will need to go out for an estimate and give you a total bid price for the project.
HOURLY RATES
This is usually for normal-size & standard projects (ex: leaky faucet repair or shower remodel).
COST PLUS
Labor + (Materials+ 18%) = Total Price
• Includes a 1 year warranty.
• If you provide the materials, we will only charge labor (warranty only covers materials we provide).
PAYMENT
• We accept most forms of payment including: cash, check, & card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
• Payment accepted in person and we also accept credit card payment over the phone.
• All residential clients are required to pay at time of job completion.
